Guizhou Huigu Technology Co., Ltd provides NextModel as a public website, developer dashboard, model catalog, OpenAI-compatible API gateway, prepaid credits, usage reporting, and related operational tools. Availability, features, and model access may change as the platform evolves.

Accounts and API keys

  • You are responsible for activity performed through your account, API keys, and team members.
  • You must keep credentials confidential and rotate or disable any key you believe has been exposed.
  • You may not attempt to bypass account, model, billing, or rate-limit restrictions.

Acceptable use

You may not use NextModel in ways that are unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful to the service or others.

  • No attempts to disrupt the gateway, scrape protected systems, or interfere with other customers.
  • No use that violates applicable law, payment network rules, or the policies of upstream providers.
  • No resale or proxying of access in a way that misrepresents origin, permissions, or billing responsibility.

Pricing, credits, and checkout

Some parts of the service use prepaid credits and Paddle-hosted checkout. Prices shown on the website or during checkout may exclude taxes that are applied by the payment processor. Receipts, invoices, and payment confirmation flows may be handled by Paddle or another authorized payment partner.

A successful payment does not override fraud review, account restrictions, provider constraints, or other controls required to operate the service safely.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or restrict access if we believe an account presents fraud, abuse, payment, security, or policy risk, or if continued access would expose the service or third parties to harm. We may also terminate access if required by law or provider obligations.

Disclaimers

The service is provided on an as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, model output quality, suitability for a specific purpose, or perfect compatibility with every upstream provider.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NextModel will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from use of the service, including loss of profits, business interruption, or loss of data.

Governing law

These terms are intended to be interpreted and enforced in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China, unless a different mandatory law applies to a specific user, payment flow, or regulatory obligation.
